HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

Please allow 72 hours for your refund or exchange to be processed. If you are returning an order for an urgent refund or exchange please email our customer service team on hello@carrieelizabeth.co.uk with your order number and details of your return and we will do our best to process this sooner.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We are unable to offer exchange unless the item you need is a different size (rings only). If you would like to exchange an unsized item you will need to return the item* for a refund and place a new order.

*We do not accept returns on earrings if they have been worn.

WHO PAYS FOR THE POSTAGE?

Unfortunately we do not cover the return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?

Our products are very delicate, therefore occasionally we do have faulty items. If this happens to you, please do get in touch with your order number, description and images of faulty product to hello@carrieelizabeth.co.uk

WHAT IF I'M RETURNING MY ORDER FROM AN INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY?

You must contact us and ensure that you have posted your item within 14 days of receipt. You must mark 'return' on the customs form when returning to the UK, otherwise we will be charged high import charges which we will not be held responsible for.

CAN I RETURN EARRINGS?

Yes as long as the earrings are unworn and returned to us in perfect condition.

CAN I RETURN SOLID GOLD?

Custom made Solid Gold pieces are non refundable. " Ready to Wear" Solid Gold items can be returned in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Every piece of Carrie Elizabeth Jewellery is covered by a 6 month warranty on receipt of valid proof of purchase. All Solid Gold pieces are covered by a 12 month warranty upon receipt of a valid proof of purchase.
