Black Friday Top 10 FAQ’s 2023

1) What discount is available over Black Friday?

All Carrie Elizabeth app users will be able to shop our Black Friday promotion from Monday 20th November. Download our app and turn on push notifications to be the first to shop our 25% off Black Friday promotion.

From Tuesday 21st – Monday 27th November, our Black Friday promotion will then be live across our app and website where we will be offering 25% off our whole collection.

2) Is the Black Friday discount available on made to order Solid Gold items?

Yes, absolutely. We are offering 25% off across our made to order Solid Gold items. Please note the lead time for all made to order items is approximately 6-8 weeks, so your item will be ready in mid-January.

3) Can I apply the Black Friday discount to a previous order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply this discount to any order placed outside of our Black Friday promotion.

5) Do you offer a gift message service over Black Friday?

6) Will you be offering the Engraving collection over Black Friday?

During this busy period, we are unable to offer our engraving service. This is so our team in the depot are able to focus on picking and packing our customers orders and ensure they are all sent out on time.

7) How quickly will I receive my order if placed over the Black Friday period?

During our Black Friday promotion, for UK orders, we will only be offering our standard delivery service, the lead time for this service is approximately 3-5 working days and we will be unable to guarantee an exact delivery date. However, as soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you will be able to track your delivery.

8) Can I amend or cancel an order placed over the Black Friday period?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you will be able to return your item for a refund or credit note once you have received it. Please ensure that all your saved addresses are correct and to make any amendments prior to placing your order as we won’t be able to edit incorrect addresses once the order has been placed.

9) What is the return policy over Black Friday?

During our Black Friday promotion, we will be offering our standard 14 day returns period from delivery, where you can return your item for a refund, credit note or alternative ring size of the same design. For more information, please see our returns page.
