Breathe deeply through your nose. Raise the Breathing Pendant to your mouth, and close your lips around it. Exhale into the tube for around six to eight seconds. The breathing tube helps slow and regulate your breath, in turn dispelling tension and anxiety. Repeat the process around five times, or until you can feel your muscles and mind relax.
