From your very first consultation to the moment your ring arrives beautifully boxed at your door, our expert team will guide you every step of the way. Whether you're dreaming of a timeless diamond solitaire, a vibrant sapphire, or an engraved wedding band to match your existing engagement ring, we’ll help bring your perfect piece to life.
We’ve designed our bespoke process to be clear, collaborative, and truly special. Here’s how it works:
1.Consultation
Meet with our CE Bespoke Team via a virtual appointment to explore your ideas, style inspirations, preferences and talk you through our bespoke guide - from budget and metal to stone choice and engraving. We'll also help you decide between natural or lab-grown diamonds and answer any of your questions.
2.Design
Following your consultation, we’ll create three unique design concepts tailored to your vision. You’ll have the chance to request up to two rounds of amendments to ensure everything is just right. A 360-degree render of the final design is then shared for approval, giving you a full view of your finished piece before it goes into production. If you're creating a wedding band to match an engagement ring, we can also take a 3D scan to ensure a perfect fit.
3.Production
Once your final design is approved, our skilled jewellers in the UK will begin crafting your ring. The full process typically takes 8 -10 weeks, and your bespoke piece will be delivered in our signature Carrie Elizabeth box. You'll also get a complementary Deluxe Care Kit, to help keep your precious piece shining bright!
