Delivery:

• As soon as your order has been dispatched we will email you with your tracking details for delivery
• We are unable to merge multiple orders placed separately across this promotion
• All orders will be dispatched in our discreet outer packaging and there will no mention of Carrie Elizabeth Jewellery on the outer packaging

Order amendments and cancellations:

We are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you will be able to return your item for a refund or credit note once you have received it

Promotional returns policy:

We currently offer a 14 day returns period from delivery, where you can return your item for a refund or credit note, or if the item is a ring, then you can return this for an alternative size of the same design
