We have an exciting new opportunity to join the Carrie Elizabeth team!
We are looking for a skilled & experienced Ecommerce Manager to play a pivotal role within our business, driving sales through our digital channels & optimizing the overall online shopping experience. You must be super savvy in ecommerce (specifically Shopify); data driven, strategic and technically proficient with strong commercial awareness.
This is a remote role, meaning that you can work from home. No commuting needed.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing e-commerce strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Managing and updating the online store & app, ensuring that the layout, positioning, and offerings are aligned with customer behaviour and preferences.
- Managing & optimizing integrated apps to drive customer conversion & retention
- Analysing market trends and adapting strategies to compete with other brands in the industry effectively.
- Collaborating with IT and Marketing to integrate technologies that improve the online customer experience.
- Collaborating with Marketing to optimize website search engine performance (SEO), ensuring that the site ranks high in relevant searches and attracts more visitors.
- Generating reports on e-commerce activity and performance, discussing the findings with senior management, and proposing new strategies to improve results.
- Employing data analytics tools to track and analyse website performance and customer engagement metrics.
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations in online sales, including data protection laws
- Staying updated with the latest developments in e-commerce technology and necessary skills to maintain competitive
Required skills and experience:
- At least 3+ years experience in Ecommerce
- Experienced in Shopify platform.
- Basic understanding and skill in html & CSS
- Commercial awareness
- Collaborative
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize several projects at once
- Self-starter, flexible with a positive “can do” attitude
