A Decade of Carrie Elizabeth

Sitting down to reflect on ten years of Carrie Elizabeth has been a little overwhelming, in the best way possible! What started as a personal dream has grown into a brand, a team and a community that means the world to me.
Looking back through the years, I realised how deeply connected all the different facets of the journey have been. The business, the jewellery, my personal life, the incredible people who’ve joined and found us along the way. It’s all woven together, shaping how Carrie Elizabeth looks today.
The past decade has been completely transformative, personally and professionally. I feel as though the brand and I keep growing and changing together — and this only makes me more excited to see where we’re heading next!
But before we look too far to the future, I’d like to relive some of our most joyous, formative moments…
Ten years of jewellery...

I took a leap of faith - I left my corporate role as a buyer at a well-known retail brand and set up Carrie Elizabeth all on my own.
The collection began with my favourite gemstones, and Instagram quickly became my best friend!
It was such a different platform back then, but my ring cluster photos became my go-to way to share my designs with the world.

CE started popping up everywhere! Seeing our designs featured in the press and in print felt like such a huge milestone - it was surreal and so exciting.
I also began taking bags full of jewels to small pop-ups, meeting our community in person, and experiencing that buzz first-hand.
Everything just felt so thrilling and full of possibility!

After a couple of years of packing orders from my living room, CE finally grew big enough to move into its very own depot - such a huge milestone!
It was also the year I began building my incredible team. I hired my first two team members - Demetra and Ali - both close friends I knew I wanted by my side as we grew the business.
They were, and still are, my biggest support system, and I couldn’t imagine this journey without them.

This was the year we really started hustling - and it finally felt like we were being recognised as a thriving business rather than a budding start-up.
I was invited to speak on a panel and host a pop-up with Meta - I still remember sitting on that stage, having one of those real pinch-me moments!
We also travelled far and wide in search of the most beautiful gemstones and to meet incredible artisans who bring our designs to life.
Oh, and to top it all off… we launched in Fenwicks! What a milestone.

We teamed up with the amazing Fearne Cotton on her exclusive collection with Not On The High Street!
Fearne and I instantly connected over our shared love of meaningful jewellery that empowers the wearer.
I’ve always admired her, so when she reached out to collaborate, it truly felt like the start of something special — and it absolutely was.

After months of Covid isolation, it felt so special to finally reconnect with our community again.
In just five short years, we’d built something truly incredible - and for our AW shoot, we invited a handful of our amazing CE ladies to join me on set for a photoshoot.
Meeting them in person was such a joy and a real pinch-me moment - one of those times that makes you stop and feel so proud of how far we’ve come.

Our Engagement Rings collection was born! Seeing beautiful brides-to-be wearing our rings has been such a pinch-me moment for all of us.
We also shared the love with our amazing community by launching our loyalty programme, The Carrie Collective - a way to give back to those who’ve supported us every step of the way.
And, as if that wasn’t exciting enough, we unveiled another passion project close to our hearts… our very own Aura perfume!

Our very first collaboration with Zoe Sugg!
We were beyond excited to join forces with Zoe after years of seeing her wear our jewels organically and building a lovely connection online - this one felt truly special.
The collection came together beautifully, and to make it even more memorable, I was pregnant with Finley during our campaign shoot!

It was so good, we had to do it twice! Our second collaboration with Zoe Sugg, ‘Intentions’, launched this year - a collection close to our hearts.
We also introduced two special charity projects: our solid gold Goddess Body Charm in support of CoppaFeel!, and our Manifestation Bracelets for The Prince’s Trust. Both causes mean so much to me and the team, and we’re incredibly proud to support them.
We ended the year on a high with our ‘Shakti’ collaboration with Anita Rani - a collection that celebrated inner strength and divine femininity. The perfect finale to an unforgettable year.

What a year to remember! Our collaboration with Louise Thompson, ‘Lucky’, truly stole the show - we absolutely loved creating this collection alongside Louise.
Every piece was designed to hold meaning and inspire strength, and it’s safe to say the response blew us away - our Goddess Earrings kept instantly selling out!
And on a personal note, it was the year I got married and officially became Mrs. Brice - making it all the more special!

What an incredible year it’s been so far! To mark our 10th Birthday, we’ve truly gone all out. In the lead-up to October, we’ve celebrated by bringing back some of our most-loved ‘icons’ - best sellers from our archives and reimagined favourites you’ve adored.
It’s also been a year of exciting firsts and unforgettable launches: from our bespoke engagement ring service and our collaboration with Lottie and Laura, to my very first podcast appearance (I was so nervous but absolutely loved it!).
We’ve introduced our meaningful collection, hosted our first retreat day, launched watches (!!), and unveiled our second collaboration with Louise - ‘Chapters’ - which might just be my favourite collection to date.
We’ve already achieved so much, and the year’s not over yet… stay tuned for more! x
