1) What discount is available over Black Friday?
From Monday 24th November – Monday 1st December 2025, the Carrie Elizabeth Black Friday promotion will be live across our app and website. We will be offering up to 25% off our whole collection:

2) Is the Black Friday discount available on made to order Solid Gold items?
Yes, absolutely! We are offering 20% off all our Solid Gold items.
Please note the lead time for all made to order items is approximately 6-8 weeks, so your item will be ready in mid-January.

5) Do you offer a gift message service over Black Friday?
During the Black Friday period we are unable to add personalised gift messages to your order.
But you can still add a celestial gift bag or cracker gift box to your order at checkout, and make any gift extra special!
6) Will you be offering the Engraving collection over Black Friday?
Yes! Our free engraving service is included with all engravable pieces purchased during the Black Friday promotion.
It's the perfect way to make your gifts truly personal.
7) How quickly will I receive my order if placed over the Black Friday period?
Duringthe Carrie Elizabeth Black Friday promotion, for UK orders, we will only be offering our standard delivery service, the lead time for this service is approximately 3-5 working days and we will be unable to guarantee an exact delivery date. However, as soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you will be able to track your delivery.
8) Can I amend or cancel an order placed over the Black Friday period?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you will be able to return your item for a refund or credit note once you have received it. Please ensure that all your saved addresses are correct and to make any amendments prior to placing your order as we won’t be able to edit incorrect addresses once the order has been placed.
9) What is the return policy over Black Friday?
Any item purchased on or after Monday 24th November 2025 can be returned up to Thursday 15th January 2026 for an exchange or refund.
