The August Icon: The Pearl Night Sky Necklace

Gemstones are my thing, and that's why I spend so much of time debating exactly which stones to set in any given design! 

Because how a piece looks is only half the story. Every gemstone has unique properties, offering emotional or physical support to its wearer. They may also have symbolism or meaning behind them.

As we get closer to our ten year anniversay (!), I'm thrilled to introduce a Carrie Elizbabeth Icon that truly reflects my philosophy on gemstones and design.

A polished star motif is suspended in an inlaid gemstone disc, specially cut just for our design.

A little magic of sky and sea

Pearls are one of the world's oldest gemstones, and since ancient times have been connected to the moon.

We've inlaid natural pearl into the Icon Night Sky Necklace, its incredible, natural texture and lustre so reminiscent of the surface of the moon.

Like the moon, pearl carries symbolism of protection and new beginnings. It offers guidance and good fortune as you bring your fondest dreams to life.

As we celebrate a decade of Carrie Elizabeth, I can't help but wonder where this incredible journey will take me, my team and my community next. It is already better than I ever dreamed!
