Our sample sales are hugely popular and usually sell out fast. I want as many of you as possible to take home a sample sale steal, so I've put together some insider-tips for shopping success...

Save the Date, Set your Alarm

We've got 158 pieces going into this sample sale, all hand-picked by the team and me. The sale includes photography samples of Carrie Elizabeth favourites, designs that didn’t make it into production, previous season styles and exclusive one-off pieces! 

Carrie Elizabeth sample sales are very popular and always sell out quickly. So clear your schedules and be ready to go, go, go as soon as the jewellery sale goes live at midday (GMT).

Try setting an alarm or reminder on your phone or smart speaker. We recommend setting it for just before 12pm (GMT) on Friday 7th November, so you're ready to GO as soon as we go live at midday.

Be Prepared - Fastest Checkout Wins

Sample sale items are not held in basket. To secure your picks you need to be the first to checkout - fastest finger wins!

Make sure you're registered with a Carrie Elizabeth account. That way you can save your details for a speedy checkout! It's important to note that your items will not be saved until you have checked out, even if they are in your basket.

Many of our customers will be waiting ahead of 12pm ready to refresh the website or app as soon as the sample sale is live.

If you're keen to secure your favourite pieces, join them! Shopping the sale as soon as it's live gives you the best possible chance to secure your favourite jewellery.

Checkout Tips

It's important to complete checkout as quickly as possible in order to secure your choices.

Please be aware that using Klarna can add some time to the checkout process, which may allow someone else to checkout with the item in your basket. 

For this reason, it may be best to use another payment option, if you can, on this occasion.

Remember, adding items to your cart does not secure the item. Competition for sample sale jewellery will be fierce, so complete the checkout process as soon as you can - or someone else might beat you to it!

We are unable to make any amendments or cancelations to any orders once they are placed, so please ensure your correct delivery address and details are entered at checkout. If you place multiple orders throughout the sample sale, they will be sent out separately. We are unable to merge orders or combine postage.
