I am so excited to let you know that the first EVER Carrie Elizabeth Solid Gold Sample Sale is coming, and will be available to preview this Sunday 30th October from 8pm and shop from 9pm (GMT)!!
The team and I have selected over 100 gorgeous solid gold jewellery samples for you to shop, including your Carrie Elizabeth favourites, designs that didn’t make it into production, photography samples, previous season and exclusive one-off solid gold jewellery designs!
Our sample sales are very popular and always sell out quickly, and I predict this one to be even more in demand! We have organised a one-hour sample sale preview from 8pm (GMT), this way you can browse the full collection before it goes live at 9pm! (GMT)
I want as many of you as possible to take home your favourite Carrie Elizabeth solid gold jewellery, so I've put together my top tips for sample sale success. Remember, it’s fastest finger first – you need to complete the checkout process as soon as you can!
How to shop the Carrie Elizabeth solid gold sample sale like a pro…
1. Save the date by setting an alarm or a reminder in your phone. Set one for Sunday 30th October at 8pm (GMT) to preview, and then one for 9pm (GMT) to shop.

3. Follow us on Instagram and watch our stories for the sale link here.
4. Make sure you're registered with a Carrie Elizabeth account. That way you can save your details for a speedy checkout! It's important to note that your items will not be saved until you have checked out, even if they are in your basket.

5. Update your account preferences by adding your mobile number, and we'll send you a text when our sample sale preview goes live! Update here.
6. If you are planning to use Pay Pal or Amazon Pay, save these details in your account settings in advance.
7. Find out your ring size! We offer free ring sizers here. If it's too late for you to order your ring sizer, simply check out our handy size guide.
8. Do browse the sample sale preview at 8pm (GMT). Be prepared with the items you want to purchase. Choose your favourite jewellery and open each style in a new tab ready to ‘add to cart’ as soon as you can!
9. Be ready to ‘add to cart’ at 9pm (GMT)! Many of our customers will be waiting at our sample sale page ahead of 9pm ready to refresh the page and bag a bargain as soon as the solid gold sample sale products are live. If you delay, there's a chance you may miss out on your favourite jewellery from the sale.
10. If using Klarna when checking out, please be aware that this can add some time to the checkout process, allowing someone else to check out with the item in your basket, so may be best to use another payment option if you can on this occasion.
11. Remember, adding items to your cart does not secure the item. Competition for sample sale jewellery will be fierce, so complete the checkout process as soon as you can - or someone else might beat you to it!
12. Ask for help. Our customer service team will be on live chat to answer your queries.

We are unable to make any amendments or cancelations to any orders once they are placed, so please ensure your correct delivery address and details are entered at checkout. If you place multiple orders throughout the sample sale, we will be unable to merge any orders and they will be sent out separately.
Please note all sample sale items will be sent out in our beautiful Carrie Elizabeth jewellery pouch and letterbox packaging.
