6) Will you be offering the Engraving collection over Black Friday?
Yes! We are so pleased to announce that we will be offering our free engraving service this year!
7) How quickly will I receive my order if placed over the Black Friday period?
Duringthe Carrie Elizabeth Black Friday promotion, for UK orders, we will only be offering our standard delivery service, the lead time for this service is approximately 3-5 working days and we will be unable to guarantee an exact delivery date. However, as soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you will be able to track your delivery.
8) Can I amend or cancel an order placed over the Black Friday period?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you will be able to return your item for a refund or credit note once you have received it. Please ensure that all your saved addresses are correct and to make any amendments prior to placing your order as we won’t be able to edit incorrect addresses once the order has been placed.
9) What is the return policy over Black Friday?
Any item purchased on or after Monday 25th November 2024 can be returned up to Friday 17th January 2025 for an exchange or refund.
