Black Friday 2024 Terms & Conditions
Promotion will be live from Monday 25th November – midnight Monday 2nd December.

Prices as marked:
- Up to 25% off our whole collection*, Including 25% off Gold Vermeil & Sterling Silver jewellery, 20% off Louise Thompson - Lucky collection, 20% off Solid Gold jewellery. No need to apply a discount code at checkout as all items will be automatically discounted across our website
- We can’t apply our Black Friday discount to any orders retrospectively
- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with our Black Friday promotion
- *Discount not available on Gift Vouchers or Gift Bags
- No further discount will be taken off existing Sale items
- Discount not available on Sample Sale items
Delivery:
- For UK delivery, only our UK Standard Delivery service will be available across our Black Friday promotion. The lead time is 3-5 working days and we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date but you will be emailed your tracking details once your order has been dispatched
- We are unable to merge multiple orders placed separately across our Black Friday promotion
- All orders will be dispatched in our discreet outer packaging and there will no mention of Carrie Elizabeth Jewellery on the outer packaging
Order amendments and cancellations:
- We are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you will be able to return your item for a refund or credit note once you have received it
Black Friday returns policy:
- Any item purchased on or after Monday 25th November 2024 can be returned up to Friday 17th January 2025 for an exchange or refund
