Concession Manager – Liberty London Department Store

With a loyal online community and a reputation for exceptional customer service, Carrie Elizabeth is entering an exciting new chapter with the launch of its first physical retail location within a prestigious London department store. This role offers the opportunity to be part of that journey from the very beginning and help shape the future of the brand's retail presence.
We are looking for an experienced Concession Manager who is passionate about customer experience, team leadership and storytelling through retail.
As the face of the brand in-store, you will play a critical role in introducing Carrie Elizabeth to new customers while nurturing lasting relationships with our existing community.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced retail professional to take ownership of a flagship concession from day one.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, managing a small team, and acting as the key link between the concession and Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Commercial Performance
- Drive sales and consistently achieve concession targets and KPIs.
- Deliver a luxury customer experience that reflects the brand's values and positioning.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and build a loyal client base.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance and implement actions to maximise results.
Team Leadership
- Manage, coach, and motivate two Sales Assistants.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, maintaining high standards of customer engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
- Create a positive and collaborative team culture.
Operations & Stock Management
- Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, replenishment, and stock movements.
- Liaise regularly with Head Office regarding stock requirements, best sellers, and replenishment needs.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage concession administration, reporting, and compliance procedures.
Customer Service
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, aftercare requests, and issue resolution in store.
- Work closely with Head Office customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, materials, and brand storytelling.
Brand Representation
- Represent the brand professionally within a luxury department store environment.
- Build strong relationships with department store management and colleagues.
- Support brand events, launches, and VIP appointments as required.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty, or accessories.
- Passion for jewellery, styling and personal storytelling.
- Previous experience managing a small retail team.
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets and commercial growth.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Desirable Experience
- Jewellery or accessories experience.
- Experience working within a concession or department store environment.
- Experience supporting a growing or entrepreneurial retail business.
