App Exclusive Promotion:
- All app users will be able to shop our Black Friday promotion from Monday 20th November
- Download the app here and apply the discount code APP25 at checkout for 25% off our whole collection*, including made to order Solid Gold items
- We can’t apply our Black Friday discount to any orders retrospectively
- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with our Black Friday promotion
- *Discount not available on Gift Vouchers or Gift Bags
- No further discount will be taken off existing Sale items
- Discount not available on Sample Sale items
Delivery:
- For UK delivery, only our UK Standard Delivery service will be available across our Black Friday promotion. The lead time is 3-5 working days and we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date but you will be emailed your tracking details once your order has been dispatched
- We are unable to merge multiple orders placed separately across our Black Friday promotion
- All orders will be dispatched in our discreet outer packaging and there will no mention of Carrie Elizabeth Jewellery on the outer packaging
Order amendments and cancellations:
- We are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you will be able to return your item for a refund or credit note once you have received it
Black Friday returns policy:
- We currently offer a 14 day returns period from delivery, where you can return your item for a refund or credit note, or if the item is a ring, then you can return this for an alternative size of the same design
