Is the Carrie Elizabeth Black Friday discount available on made to order Solid Gold items? 

Yes, absolutely. We are offering 20% off across our made to order Solid Gold items. Please note the lead time for all made to order items is approximately 6-8 weeks, so your item will be ready in mid-January time.  

Can I apply the Black Friday discount to a previous order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply this discount to any order placed outside of the Carrie Elizabeth Black Friday promotion.

How do I know my ring size?

Can I request what colour/tone of stone I want?

Unfortunately, our team in the depot are unable to take specific stone requests for individual orders. Instead, each stone is carefully selected and considered during production to ensure maximum “wow” factor and we are confident you will love the stone that has been picked for your order. All our semi-precious gemstones are completely natural meaning that each stone is unique. There can be variations in colour, pattern and inclusions within our stones, however we feel that this just adds to their natural beauty.  

Do you offer a gift message service over Black Friday? 

During this busy period, we are unable to add any gift messages to a delivery. This is so our team in the depot are able to focus on picking and packing our customers' orders and ensure they are all sent out on time. How quickly will I receive my order if placed over the Black Friday period?

During the Carrie Elizabeth Black Friday promotion, for UK orders, we will only be offering our standard delivery service, the lead time for this service is approximately 3-5 working days and we will be unable to guarantee an exact delivery date. However, as soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you will be able to track your delivery. 

Can I amend or cancel an order placed over the Black Friday period? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you will be able to return your item for a refund or credit note once you have received it.  

What is the return policy over Black Friday? 

During the Carrie Elizabeth Black Friday promotion, we will be offering our standard 14 day returns period from delivery, where you can return your item for a refund, credit note or alternative ring size of the same design. Do you offer discreet packaging? 

All orders will be dispatched in our discreet outer packaging and there will no mention of Carrie Elizabeth Jewellery on the outer packaging.
